The Management Committee of Pineview Housing Association Ltd is responsible for putting in place an effective internal audit strategy and wishes to review its Internal Audit Service as our current contract is due to reach the end of its extended term. As such the Association now invites tenders from interested internal audit firms with high quality comprehensive internal audit experience of the Scottish housing association sector.
The purpose of this tendering exercise is to select internal auditors for an initial period of three (3) years with a possible extension to five (5) years by negotiation during the third year of the contract. The contract with the selected auditors shall be renewable on an annual basis, at the sole discretion of the Association and subject to satisfactory review.
