We are looking for two self-motivated, customer focussed people with exceptional administrative, communication and organisational skills to join our Housing Services Team.  You will thrive in a performance driven environment where delivering excellent results and outstanding customer care is at the heart of what we do.

In this role, you will play a key administrative support role in the delivery of essential housing services including:

  • Maximising customer satisfaction
  • Supporting customers with managing their rent and factoring accounts
  • Arranging repairs / maintenance and helping manage empty properties
  • Supporting customers with their housing applications
  • Assisting with new tenant allocations and tenancy management
  • Looking after our estates and neighbourhoods

Every day will bring something different, and you will play a key part in supporting your colleagues, our customers and our communities.

We are looking for someone with proven experience (not necessarily in housing) who is eager to learn, seek out knowledge, and consistently demonstrate Pineview’s values — treating others with respect, acting with integrity, working collaboratively for our community, and striving for excellence in everything they do.

You will receive full training and ongoing support to help you grow your skills and develop your career.  This role may also suit a graduate trainee looking to build a future in housing.

If this sounds like the right fit for you, we would love to hear from you!  Please download an application pack from the downloads table below.
