At the end of August 2020 the Scottish Government announced the creation of a £10M Tenant Hardship Loan Fund as a further support intervention as part of their response to the coronavirus crisis. The loan will be available from early December and will be administered by Energy Savings Trust on behalf of Scottish Government.
The loan portal went live today, 30 November, and is available here:

Tenants will be able to note their interest in the loan in advance of it opening for applications should they wish to do so.
