Reconnecting Mum's launches on Tuesday 19th of March, 1pm to 3pm, at Wild Adventure Softplay on Dunkenny Road.
The group will be addressing isolation and building natural connections within the community, providing early effective interventions and promoting postive health and wellbeing by helping improve confidence, self-esteem and building resilience.
This group is open to mum's of all age, will be on every Tuesday and is free of charge. Children's activities and refreshements will be provided.
