Ben Keenan - Senior Housing Officer

Ben joined Pineview in August 2022.  As Senior Housing Officer, Ben is responsible for leading on the provision of high quality and responsive housing management and customer centred services  that deliver and focus on positive outcomes for tenants and other service users.

Key aspects of Ben's role include developing and delivering service improvements in customer service and housing management, as well as ensuring the achievement of performance outcomes and compliance with regulation, legislation, best practice and quality standards.

Ben assists the Housing Services Manager to ensure that the Association is always striving to improve and develop our services for tenants and customers.
