Our Rules
Our rules are based the Scottish Federation of Housing Assocaitions (SFHA) Charitable Model Rules.
We held a Special General Meeting (SGM) on 16 September 2021 to ask our members to approve a proposal to update our Rules to the 2020 version of the Scottish Federation of Housing Assocaitions (SFHA) Charitable Model Rules (Scotland) 2020.
The model rules have been approved by the Scottish Housing Regulator, the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator and the Financial Conduct Authority.
The table below provides the 2021 version approved by members, a summary of the proposed changes from the 2014 version, a tracked changes verion of the 2021 Rules against our 2014 Rules, and a clean copy of the 2021 version.
At the SGM of 16/09/2021 members voted unaimously to approve the new Rules. These have now been registered with the FCA for registration - you can view this at the FCA website - https://mutuals.fca.org.uk/Search/Society/11942
