Housing developer Keepmoat Homes commenced a consultation exercise in September in relation to a potential development of land on either side of Kinfauns Drive at Cally and Blackcraig Avenues in Drumchapel. The proposal could see up to 570 new homes built.
Keepmoat are planning a further public consultation event as below:
Drumchapel Community Centre on Thursday 4th December 2025 from 14:00 – 19:00.
The session is taking the form of a drop in session between the hours of 2pm and 7pm in the community centre. So, people can visit at any time between those times.
We are advised that there will be updated plans on show for people to view, and members of the project team to speak to. There will also be feedback forms for people to complete on the day and feed into the project.
This project has no connection with Pineview, but we would encourage local residents to go along and take this opportunity to have their say on what could be a significant development in the local area.
