Annual Assurance Statement
Each year, from 2019, the Association’s Committee of Management is required to submit an Annual Assurance Statement (ASS) to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) to provide assurance that Pineview complies with the relevant requirements of the Regulatory Framework. This includes regulatory requirements that apply to all social landlords and the Standards of Governance and Financial Management that apply to Registered Social Landlords. The Association’s Committee of management will consider a draft ASS at their September meeting and then finalise at their October meeting before submitting to SHR – it is required to be submitted to SHR by 31 October each year. The Committee of Management would welcome any input or suggestions from our customers.
