The report aims to outline the progress and achievements made by Pineview Housing Association in meeting the requirements of the Scottish Social Housing Charter. Our report compares our results with the Scottish wide averages from the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR). We have also worked with the Scottish Housing Network and with the other local Drumchapel housing providers (Drumcog) to provide further comparable benchmarking data where possible. To provide a comparison over time we also include results from last year. This information should allow readers to see any change in our results in comparison to last year, as well as in comparison to other landlords.
